Product Overview
If you’re ready for a real advantage when it comes to comfort, we suggest getting the 5th Generation 12k BTU 115V Advantage condenser. You must have an HVAC professional install this system for you, but the simple installation of a ductless system ensures a fast and inexpensive process. This system, which attains up to a 21.2 SEER2 rating as well as an HSPF2-4 rating of 8.7, makes the simple yet effective switch from R-410A to R-454B. This significantly increases the overall performance and sustainability of the system, because R-454B has a GWP (global warming potential) that is around 80% less than the previous refrigerant. The increased efficiency of this system ensures that you won’t be paying a higher cost for better comfort as you’re decreasing your carbon footprint. Quiet, cost-effective, and dependable, if you need comfort for your space that’s up to or around 550 square feet, the 12k Advantage will do the trick. The Wi-Fi module is a handy feature that makes temperature control a breeze, as it allows you to operate your system through your phone and Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa. You don’t even have to touch a button to control your comfort! Alongside these features, the Advantage is covered by a 1-year parts and 2-year compressor warranty. Enrollment in our MRCOOL® Care program will also give you extra protection. You can be sure that we’ve got your back when it comes to the comfort of your home! Take a break and enjoy the perfect temperatures and amazing value of the 5th Generation 12k BTU Advantage.

Manufacturer Warranty
Covered by MRCOOL's limited warranty. Warranty terms are set by MRCOOL and differ by product line — whether registration is required, and whether the installation has to be performed by a state-licensed HVAC contractor, is not the same across the range. In every case coverage depends on the unit being installed according to MRCOOL's instructions and all applicable codes and permits. MRCOOL's warranty document for this model is the controlling source; ask us and we'll send you the one that applies.
Professional Installation Recommended
Most HVAC equipment must be installed and connected by a licensed professional to remain safe, code-compliant, and eligible for manufacturer warranty coverage. If you're unsure about installation requirements, contact us before you order.
Make sure it is the right size, and that you have the rest of it
Most outdoor units ship alone. If you are not certain of the capacity, or of what has to go with this unit, these two will work it out with you.
