Cards and digital wallets
Processed securely through Shopify's checkout. Your card details never touch our servers and are not stored by RN HVAC Supply.
Wire transfer and ACH
Available on larger orders. Contact us before checking out and we'll send banking instructions and hold your equipment while the transfer clears.
Wire and ACH orders ship once funds have cleared, typically 1–3 business days.
Purchase orders
Available to approved commercial accounts — contractors, property management companies, municipalities, and institutional buyers.

Volume pricing is quoted per job and is not published on product pages. It depends on the equipment, quantity, and manufacturer program in effect at the time of quote.
Before you check out
What's included in the price
- Standard curbside freight or parcel shipping on most orders.
- Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
- Optional services like liftgate or limited-access delivery are quoted separately.
What's not included
- Installation, electrical work, permits, refrigerant charging, and startup.
- Removal or disposal of your existing equipment.
- Most HVAC equipment must be installed by a licensed professional, and some manufacturer warranties require it.
Cancellations, returns, and refunds are covered by our Return & Refund Policy. Delivery and freight claims are covered by our Shipping Policy.
Price the whole system, not one box at a time
A condenser price is not a system price. The Complete System Builder totals the equipment and the accessories together, and it will split the order for you if you want to buy the equipment now and the accessories later.
