About Us

Buying HVAC
Shouldn't Be This Hard.

Equipment pricing is opaque, model numbers are impenetrable, and half the listings online don't tell you what's actually in the box. We built RN HVAC Supply to sell heating and cooling equipment the way we'd want to buy it — priced plainly, described accurately, delivered without surprises, and with tools that size a space and match a system for you.

How We Got Here

Built around one frustration

Not an origin myth — just the problem we kept running into.

1

The problem

Homeowners and contractors were paying wildly different prices for identical equipment, and the listings that were cheapest were usually the ones that told you the least about what you were actually getting.

2

Building the catalog

We put together a range that covers a whole job rather than one box — condensers, coils, furnaces, air handlers, mini splits, packaged units, PTACs, indoor air quality, and the accessories that actually get an install finished.

3

Going live

We launched with plain pricing, freight built into the price on most orders, a price match, and buying guides that explain sizing and efficiency in language a non-installer can follow.

4

Today

One place to source a full system from brands you already know — plus two tools that answer the "do these go together?" question on the page, and someone on the phone when you'd rather ask.

What We Do

We know this equipment because we sell all of it

Not a marketplace reselling whatever shows up. A catalog we picked.

Whole systems, not orphan parts

Condensers, evaporator coils, furnaces, air handlers, heat pumps, packaged units, ductless mini splits, PTACs, dehumidifiers, generators, and line sets — sourced so a full job can come from one place.

Brands you already install

MRCOOL, Senville, Pioneer, Mitsubishi Electric, Trane, Generac, Airpura, Ebac, and GE.

Specs that mean something

Model number, capacity, voltage, refrigerant, and efficiency on the page — because a 3-ton R-32 condenser and a 3-ton R-410A condenser are not the same purchase.

Freight done properly

Most orders ship with curbside freight included in the price. We tell you what curbside means before you order, not after a truck is outside.

Help before you buy

Call or email and ask whether a coil matches a condenser, whether a furnace fits your closet, or what a SEER2 number actually buys you — or let the System Builder answer the first one on the page.

What We Built

So we built the two tools we wanted as buyers

The hardest part of buying HVAC online is not the price — it is working out what size you need and whether the parts you picked belong together. Neither should require a spreadsheet, so we put both on the site.

The Difference

How we're set up differently

Online distribution carries a lower cost base than a branch network. We pass that through.

The typical route

Local supply house or dealer

  • Pricing quoted per customer, rarely published
  • Branch overhead and commissions built into the price
  • Counter hours, and a drive to get there
  • Whatever lines that branch happens to carry
  • Specifications you have to ask for

What You Can Count On

Four things we hold ourselves to

Freight in the price

Standard curbside freight or parcel shipping is included on most orders. Any exception is stated on the product page.

We'll match a better price

Same model, same configuration, in stock at an authorized U.S. dealer — send it over and we'll match it or refund the difference.

A person on the phone

Product questions, order questions, freight questions. Call (888) 558-5637 or email info@rnhvacsupply.com.

Accurate listings

If a specification on this site is wrong, we want to know. Tell us and we'll correct it — and we'd rather say "we don't know" than guess at a number.

Tell us what you're working on

Replacing a system, quoting a job, or just trying to work out what size you need — start with a question and we'll go from there.
