Send us the listing
Email info@rnhvacsupply.com with a direct link to the competitor's product page, a screenshot showing the price, and the retailer's name. If you've already ordered, include your order number.
We verify it
We confirm the model number, configuration, stock status, and total delivered cost — including freight and any accessorial fees. You'll hear back within 1–2 business days.
We match or refund
Haven't ordered yet? We adjust your price before you check out. Already ordered within the last 7 days? We refund the difference to your original payment method.
What qualifies for a match
HVAC equipment is configuration-sensitive, so "the same unit" means genuinely the same unit.
Identical equipment
Same manufacturer and the same full model number — including capacity, voltage, phase, refrigerant, efficiency rating, and cabinet configuration.
A 3-ton R-32 condenser is not a match for a 3-ton R-410A condenser, even at the same tonnage.
Same condition and contents
New, factory-sealed, full manufacturer warranty, and the same bundle. A condenser-only listing does not match a condenser-plus-coil system.
Scratch-and-dent, open-box, and refurbished units are excluded.
Authorized U.S. dealer
The competitor must be an authorized U.S. retailer or distributor for that manufacturer, selling to the general public through a public website.
Grey-market and unauthorized sellers usually void the manufacturer warranty.
In stock and shippable
The item must be in stock and available to ship to your address at the advertised price at the time we verify it.
Publicly advertised price
The price must be visible to anyone on the competitor's public product page. We need a working link or a screenshot showing the price and the model number together.
Total delivered price
We compare the full cost to your door: item price, freight, liftgate, residential delivery, and any handling fees, minus any coupon you'd have to apply.
A lower sticker price with $300 of freight added at checkout is not a lower price.
What we can't match
These aren't comparable offers, so matching them isn't possible.
- Auction and marketplace listings — eBay, third-party Amazon and Walmart sellers, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and similar.
- Clearance, closeout, liquidation, and discontinued-stock pricing.
- Scratch-and-dent, open-box, refurbished, reconditioned, or used equipment.
- Contractor, wholesale, or trade pricing that requires a license, account, or membership to see or purchase.
- Flash sales, doorbusters, limited-quantity offers, and holiday promotions such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
- Obvious pricing errors on the competitor's site.
- Local-pickup-only or will-call pricing not available for delivery to your address.
- Bundled or conditional pricing that requires buying installation, service, or another product.
- Prices from our own affiliated stores or from RN HVAC Supply's own past promotions.
Additional terms
Timing and stacking
- Post-purchase requests must be submitted within 7 days of your order date.
- Price matches cannot be combined with other coupons, discount codes, or promotional offers.
- One price match per item, per order.
Our discretion
- We verify every request and may decline any we cannot confirm.
- We may limit or refuse requests we believe are fraudulent, abusive, or for resale.
- We may decline a match that would put the sale below our own cost.
- Some manufacturers set a minimum advertised price for their equipment. Where one applies, we quote the matched price to you directly and apply it to your order rather than publishing it — the price shown on the product page does not change.
- This policy may change at any time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies.
A price match does not change our Return & Refund Policy or Shipping Policy, and it has no effect on manufacturer warranty coverage.
You shouldn't have to shop around
If you find the same unit cheaper at an authorized dealer, we'd rather match it than lose you over a difference we can close. Send it over and we'll take a look.
